About Us

Techscape Solutions didn’t just pop up overnight. In fact, we’ve been in this business for more than 30 years.

Up until 2023, we operated our force of field technicians as a private team that only worked on our internal projects. In 2024, we made the bold decision to offer our solutions to our exclusive partner network, with the mission of making cabling a profit center for our partners.

We can do this because Techscape Solutions has the unique benefit of being owned by McKinney Communication Corporation, which also owns our sister company, Satellites Unlimited. Through this relationship, Techscape Solutions benefits from McKinney Communications Corporation’s vast resources, including training, fleet, labor force, field offices, direct/bulk price discounts, and warehousing capabilities. We can offer pricing at about half the rates of competitors while maintaining a healthy gross profit margin.

With 15 field offices and more than 450 trained field technicians, Techscape Solutions provides outsourced solutions for structured wiring, cabling, and low-voltage electrical across the entire Southeast.

  • We own our own cable distributor

Purchasing in huge bulk, our average cost for low voltage and CAT5 cable is less than 25% of the standard wholesale price.

  • We share resources with Satellites Unlimited

Sharing technicians, offices, and other resources across our divisions allows us to minimize inefficiencies and keep costs down.

  • We offer unmatched scale and coverage

With over 500 service vehicles, 15 field offices, and more than 400 trained technicians, our core service area covers the entire Southeast and allows us to take on any size project with little travel cost.

  • We employ full-time technicians

All our technicians are full-time employees with complete accountability including full drug and background screenings.

  • We train expertise and consistency

For more than 30 years, we’ve been training and managing high-skilled field technicians. Our indepth training has been copied by leading national companies and ensures that our technicians are delivering the highest quality of work and always staying ahead of the evolving tech landscape.

  • We're an Employee-Owned Company

Structured as an ESOP, every team member at Techscape Solutions is an owner. For our partners, that means more accountability, better performance, and more reliable results. For our team, that means emphasis on performance and pride in a job well done.
